Very professional. They did a great job at solving my problems and kept me well informed about progress. Just one thing I found strange was because I was paying with a credit card, they charged me an extra 2% of my bill. Never had that happen before so thought it was odd. They must need the money more than me so I'll let it slide. I will make sure I bring cash next time.
