Took my wife’s car in for service to figure out what was wrong with it and the team got to work immediately. They diagnosed the issue and provided us with different options on how we should proceed. They were very responsive and explained everything extremely well. Will definitely go back!

Dale Adams was fantastic. I own a 2015 ford f-150 that I obtained from my late father-in-law when I received the truck it had a noise coming from the front end area. I tried diagnosing the problem myself with no success reached out to another mechanic that I had trusted with past work but after several thousand dollars later and tossed tons of parts still the noise persisted. I was leading towards the front differential was going to need to be replaced. I reached out to Dale Adams after doing some internet searches to find someone who knows about 4 wheel drives. I reluctantly made my appointment being discouraged due two the last 2 years chasing this problem. Dale Adams had the truck for two days keeping me in the loop of their finds and thoughts I trusted them keep searching into their gut feeling what they thought the problem was. And lo and behold they found the problem and it turned out my front differential was not the problem thank God. Thank you Dale Adams for your skills and professionalism. My only small complaint was I noticed on the website it says they are an AMA member but I was not offered the AMA discount.

The service at Dale Adams is always 1st class. The staff are really friendly and helpfull and the work done is always top notch. I have taken all my automotive service requirements there for years and will continue to do so.

These guys worked on my 66 Mustang to correct issues with braking and alignment caused by another mechanic shop. The prices were fair and the people are knowledgable.

I'll start by saying this shop does amazing work and has great customer service. I came in over the holidays with a tight schedule and list of things for these guys to do and they worked with me every step of the way. I have a unique truck setup with a wide stance which ended up making work more difficult then it needed to be but instead of turning me away they ended up installing the parts I brought to them with only a few hours notice due to me needing my vehicle for travel the following day. In addition to charging a fair price they were honest about additional work I inquired about and never pushed anything i didn't need done.

After seeing a lot of positive reviews, I decided to try them out with some maintenance I needed. They gave me a well detailed quote with competitive pricing and their shuttle made the entire experience so much smoother not having to worry about bringing the car in outside of work hours - and at no additional cost. They let me know what else looked good on the car, what to keep an eye on, and what they recommended not to wait on. Most event I knew simply by driving the car regularly, so there is no surprises. I will likely be coming here in the future!

These guys are top notch. I went in with a problem no other mechanic could fix on my 1985 dodge B250 camper van. They machined a new part to custom fit the throttle and it’s never run better. Their inspection is extremely thorough and their staff are friendly, happy, and helpful. Easily the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with!
