The Guys at Dale Adams Auto are really awesome! Phoned them 1st thing on a Mon. to ask if they would be able to inspect a car I was looking at buying ASAP and they were able to! They were very friendly, polite and took great time and care explaining everything! I would trust them with any vehicle they would service; I'm just sad that I live so far away it wouldn't be practical to take my new car to them for maintenance and repairs!

I had my truck throw a code, rather then go to a dealership I wanted to get an idea of what was going on. The Technician who worked on (Jake) was great. He went above and beyond to diagnose and ensure he had all the details. After that he looked online and found an obscure bulletin from Ford. He took it upon himself to call Ford Canada and confirmed my truck fell under the bulletin and would be warrantied. He then scheduled it in for me at the local dealer. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will be bringing my vehicles here for future work needed. They were honest, fair priced and communicated throughout it all.
