Great, fast service - I felt very informed along the way and I didn't feel pushed/bullied into anything. Great explanations, friendly staff, and reasonable cost. Ease of pickup/drop off and great work done!
Overall, excellent customer service each and every single visit. They don't up sell you on parts that you don't really need when there is a economy version of the same said part. Plus, they provide the overall health of my vehicle. Which service is needed and which ones can be postponed until the next visit. I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle needs.

The Dale Adams team has always been up front and honest w.r.t. work required and estimated cost. Knowing very little about vehicles inner workings I rely on their expertise and advice. May not always be inexpensive, but peace of mind knowing work is done correctly.
