I had some major alignment issues causing my tires no small amount of grief over the last couple years. Every time I went to some place to try getting an alignment, they told me my car was too low OR the wheels were so out of alignment the machine wouldn't read properly. The car isn't slammed at all- just low. I expressed this concern over the phone and was told it was no problem- The couple times I needed to talk to them on the phone was a nice experience- and the price I was given over the phone (though he mentioned was ballpark) ended up being VERY close to what the final price was. They provided me with an alignment report that showed the before and after readings and I have to say the car drove totally different after. That's probably standard issue- but they also walked me through the report and what it meant... since I'm a bit of a car "newb." The experience was great from beginning to end and I'm looking forward to them helping me out with some tuning challenges in the near future.

I purchased a little pro street truck and could never get it running right. Booked it in at Dale Adams, tried a few "quick fix" things that didn't help it and had to go deeper. Kept me informed all the way through the job, called me about any changes to scope of work, and at my request, sent me pictures and videos throughout the job. Specialty work is costly so I had written estimates with any changes and no surprises. The truck is so much fun now. Thanks Guys!
